Sue Phillips devoted more than half her life to being treasurer of the Langhorne Creek Parks Committee, but now, after 40 years in the role, she has stepped down.
The committee oversees Langhorne Creek’s sporting facilities at the town oval, with Mrs Phillips first becoming aware of the group as a keen hockey player interested in gaining hockey facilities at the site.
