Crown contenders will soon compete for the chance of the title of Strath Rodeo Princess and Strath Junior Cowgirl – the only competition of its kind in South Australia – as a way to encourage women in the sport and be an ambassador for the upcoming local event.

Rodeo Queens are common in the sport’s history, acting as an ambassador for
