A battery has been confirmed as the cause of a major shed fire at Goolwa on Saturday which caused more than $500,000 worth of damages.
About 50 Country Fire Service (CFS) firefighters, with support from MFS crews, worked from the afternoon into the early hours of the following morning to contain the fire at Goolwa Waste and Recycling Depot shed, which was closed since.
