Adelaide Hills farmer Darren Koopman came away with the top-selling ram from Lucernbrae’s sale last week, describing his newest addition as a “good all-rounder”.
Mr Koopman is his family’s sixth generation of farmers, managing the mixed-farm merino sheep, cross-bred sheep and murray grey cattle at Bottlesford at Tungkillo, and is a regular customer of the annual Callington sale.
