One of the highest numbers of entrants in recent memory turned out for the Hypro Group Finniss Dog Trial over the weekend, which saw Clements Gap handler Anthony Ireland winning the Open event with dog Banjo.
This year’s Finniss event was changed to June to avoid clashing with a trial at Birdwood at Easter.
Sixty-six dogs were entered across three divisions – Novice, Improver and Open.
