The Country Fire Service (CFS) has announced the dates for the fire danger season for the Murraylands region, but the dates for the Mount Lofty Ranges is still yet to be announced.
The boundary line between the two regions cuts through the local area, with Mount Barker, Strathalbyn and Goolwa in the Mount Lofty Ranges, and Milang, Langhorne Creek and Clayton Bay in the Murraylands.
