A future for olives at Peninsula Providore

Back in 2016 Mel Hollick took a punt to establish an olive oil business in the Fleurieu.

Now, 10 years later, she farms about 10,000 olive trees at Currency Creek and another 7000 at Nangkita.

The family business sees them process all their olives on site and turn them into award-winning extra virgin olive oil.
